[Yaesu] Crossband repeating with Yaesu radios

Speaker has volts and microphone input needs only millivolts. If the
input audio stage survives the abuse the audio will be severely
distorted. It would work better with two FT-857D using line in and line
out connections and then the digital VOX keys from audio on the line in
jack.
