[Yaesu] FT01000MP MK V 60 meter wuestion redux

Gang,

I am trying to set up my station again and put up a new tower all the while fighting to recover from chemo.  I have done several shack projects and am back to the FT-1000MP MkV again.  I was able to brighten up the display via the menu item and planning on getting back into the operation manual to set up the bands again and someone told me how to set up 60 meters using memories. I need to make sure how to do this nad will this let me set up transmit as well as receive.  

I lost the message on this and need some help.  Thanks in advance.
