[Yaesu] Problems in my FT897D

Dears friends 
I write them because my Yaesu FT897D had begun to have  
the problem that when a time passes being transmitted  
he falls the power to zero.   
Example, I begin to transmit in SSB or CW and to those  
15 minutes the power falls to zero and at the moment it returns  
the power and there is a moment that no longer has power me  
I think that it is when warms some component because  
when a time passes it transmits without problems again  
until warms again.  
The fans work without problem.  
This alone problem is in HF and 6mtrs, in 2m and 70cm not  
 has any problem.  
  
I wanted him to help me to find which is the problem.  
  
I revise it and all this well and the weldings are  
correct, I think that maybe it is a relay.
