[Yaesu] 100d mic

Not without a custom cable. The 100D has 6 pins, and only one ground. 
The 817/857/897 microphone has 8 pins and separates microphone ground 
from PTT ground. The 8 pin connector may go in the 6 pin hole but won't 
connect correctly. The 100D supplies 9 volts and the 817 supplies 5 volts.

100D microphone is MH42B6JS or MH36B6JS signifying 6 pin, and the 
817/857/897 microphone is MH31-A8J or MH36 E8J signifying 8 pin. You 
should be able to find Yaesu manuals on all four of those microphones on 
line to compare connections. I just downloaded the 100D op manual from 
Mods.dk and looked at the connection specifications. I already had the 
817 manual in this computer.
