I have a rigblaster plus for sale that can be used with either a RJ-45 mic jack, or the 8 pin mic jack rigs.  It comes with the cables to attach to the soundcard, a USB to Serial adaptor, the wallwart PS, the manual, and the mic to rigblaster cable.  These sell new for $120 plus shipping at AES, I am asking $70 shipped for it.  It will work great with an Icom 706 series, and Yaesu FT857/897 amongst other rigs.
