[Yaesu] TCXO for FT857/897

There are some board layouts in the technical supplements for FT817, 
857, and 897. Its a bother to extract those, you can download for free 
from mods.dk.

Basically the none TCXO has a nearly two dozen components including a 
small crystal and a trimmer capacitor that take up nearly half the 
circuit space on the board. The TCXO has exactly THREE components, the 
packaged oscillator and two capacitors. With the top lid off the 857 its 
located at the right rear parallel to and against the back panel.
