[Yaesu] FT2000 DSP problem

Hello to the group.

Looking for some help to solve a problem on FT2000  DSP

It was on 40 meters transmitting and get an AC power fail.

The General AC switch was turned off until the AC come back.

Radio was turned on again at the same frequency it was  but !!!!

Completely locked.  No audio, nothing, no commands.  Tried RESET.

It goes to 7.000.00  but still the same. Locked...

I tried to flash the radio to a new version. It works with firmware  but 

always giving an ERROR  message when try to send the DSP new version.

When I press the keys GEN, 50, ENT and PWR ON   the radio shows  00.00  at

DSP version.  

I tried another DSP UNIT already and the radio back to work.

My questions are:

Is there a way to UP LOAD the DSP firmware direct to the DSP board??

Does anyone know the parts email from YAESU ??  I tried the contact via 

yaesu.com  but no answer  in  4 times. I want to know the  DSP UNIT price. 

Does anyone know? 

Does anyone experienced something like?
