Rule #2.  If you didn't block the sender's email address from your inbox 
after the first time, be sure to block him the second time he gets his 
system infected.

This was at least SECOND TIME that VE4XR sent out links to spam/malware 
websites.

Usually its due to someone's email being hijacked by malware, it then sends
out links to get everyone else.  Rule number one, don't click on links in
emails.
