[Yaesu] More Yaesu garbage....

There is a few black market manufacturers over in China that make them.
They are not made for Yaesu, these are companies that are making them to
counterfeit and sell them. I bought a couple Motorola chargers off ebay
that said "ship from US" and they came from an un-named po box or suite in
NY and they were counterfeit products. Probably the same companies making
Wouxun and Baufong... LOL

"I have on that’s only three weeks old, bought from Universal Radio, no
problem whatsoever, drop it in and it goes red, once charged it goes green."

Strange. That's how my old ones work.

"Are your batteries OEM or aftermarket, NiMH or NiCD or Lithium?"

Strictly OEM stuff. Factory radio, battery pack, charger. Battery NiMH,
FNB-83, came with the FT-60, was in the box. Also should mention that since
the beginning, people complained about the excessively rigid antenna
spearing them. They changed the antenna too, so flimsly, it's hard to
remove once it's tightened, it just twists up. This is a new set of
equipment, radio, battery, antenna, charger, all new, all matching, all from
Yaesu and sold by HRO, no mix and match, no aftermarket stuff.

I double checked the new factory battery on my old charge, just in case
there was some malfucntion in the new pack causing the new charger to go
FUBAR, no problems, new radio, new pack, OLD charger, drop it in, red,
charged green. Still points to bad chargers.
