Most need to adjust carrier offset menus 15 through 18 also.  Otherwise your 
audio will be very high pitched  especially on transmit.

I usually tell guys to adjust the receive menus to their liking, then adjust 
transmit menus the same...you will be pretty close then.Your buddies will 
help you make the minor correction on transmit.
