Any particular reason for wanting an FT ONE? They have very poor
frequency stability, which is fundamental to the design, and so can't
be improved. It's difficult to keep one aligned, as there are so many
osciallators that have to be on different frequencies, which are all
derrived from different crystals. So whilst the right is
"synthesized", it is very poorly done.
