[Yaesu] FT990 no output power

Hello. I just pick up a FT990 that is mint because it has been sitting for over 6 years without being used. There is no power out but receives great. I also notice the there is no voltage reading when i put it to Vcc on the meter and the antenna tuner does not work. I think. It goes through its acttion and stops the red light goes out and the green light stays on But i can not hear the tunner working at all. I`am thinking that if there is no voltage reading on the Vcc that is causing the problem. This rig has very little use and its been sitting for years. Any ideas ? Please help me save this radio guys.
