[Yaesu] Programming for the FT-530

John,
    I still have my FT-530 and mine was one of the first ones available in
the Washington DC area at the time.  Unfortunately, despite one schematic
showing up that indicated a 'clone' pathway on the headphone wires, the
rig's memories can not be 'cloned' . I talked with Yaesu directly and
they said that the FT-530 could not be cloned or programmed via computer.

Besides, it has only 38+1 call memory per band... :-)
