[Yaesu] A possible crook in San Diego

A month ago I ordered a used 2 meter rig from N6YYI in Oceanside and paid 
for it with Paypal.  He shipped through ONA Surplus and I got a tracking 
number.
He told last week that UPS tried to make a delivery.

I got suspicious and asked the regular delivery person to help track it. 
Mary called me back today
and said the package never shipped but was intercepted by ONA Surplus.

I left an e-mail for N6YYI but he has not replied in a week.

I paid by Paypal so should be able to get my money back but has anyone else 
had a problem
with N6YYI or ONA Surplus?

I think he listed at qth.com classified so I will make sure KA9FOX is 
notified.
