[Yaesu] FT-530 problem

I've had that problem in the past too. There is a setting to turn off/on 
DTMF memory mode. See the 'NOTE!' in the box on page 47 of the manual. 
F/M-Call button toggles between DTMF memory mode and normal DTMF.

Also, there is a function that will turn off the 'row' tones and/or the 
'column' tones individually. F/M-0-F/M-8 and F/M-0-F/M-9.

One of those settings should be your fix.
