[Yaesu] Question about the FT-60 HT

Hi All,
I found a buyer for my VX-8R (WAY more radio than I needed in an HT).
With the funds I'm buying a FT-2900 for the shack AND an dual band HT
for when I'm out walking. I usually only use 2M but it doesn't hurt to
have 440 too.
Basically I've boiled it down to one of two radios, either the FT-60 (I
had one a number of years ago), OR the "Wouxun KG-UV3D". I've been
quite leery about the "Chi-Com" HT's, but a number of local hams have
them and really like them (It's a true dual receive dual band radio).
As it's likely that the HT I choose will have to last me a VERY long
time, I need to choose wisely. While the FT-60 is getting rather long
in the tooth, it seems to have a good record, built like a Sherman tank,
and like I said, I had one a number of years ago (and I'm partial to
Yaesu radios).
ONE thing I don't remember is, WHAT TYPE OF ANTENNA CONNECTOR DOES THE
FT-60 USE, SMA or BNC? I have a pair of very good Diamond after market
2M/440 ducks with BNC connectors. An 8" RH519 flexible and a 15" RH77CA
flexible antenna. IF the FT-60 uses a BNC connector no adapters would
be needed.
The Wouxun (pronounced "Oh Sheng" radio has some really nice features.
It comes standard with a 1700mAh battery, drop in charger, free
programming software and a plethora of very nice features, along with a
MUCH lower price tag (119.00 complete for the dual bander with 128
memories). Accessories like extra battery etc are also much cheaper.
To me the big 'downside' is that it used a "reverse SMA" antenna
connector, so even aftermarket SMA antennas need an adapter to use with
the radio. They DO offer a reverse SMA/BNC adapter at a reasonable price.
