[Yaesu] New cost of Yaesu FT-ONE in the UK

Does anyone have an old Radcom or similar and can tell me what the FT-ONE sold 
for in the UK when new?

Despite knowing of a pretty serious and stupid design flaw with that rig 
(varicap diode for 10 Hz tuning steps on a synthesized rig), I needed a rig 
urgently and bought one on eBay yesterday. I was then discussing with a friend 
about what appears to be rigs getting cheaper since we were both active in the 
1980s.

It appears to me rigs have got cheaper in real terms over the years, but its 
hard to say. I'd just be interested to know how the cost of the FT-ONE would be 
in 2011 taking normal inflation into account.
