Yes, there does seem some sence there. Accessories and options do get difficult 
to obtain later, and as you say, they increase the resale value. But then I 
guess if one pushes ones funds to the limit to buy a rig, one might not have the 
cash for the accessories.

Like you, I doubt I'll buy a new rig.
