[Yaesu] FT-ONE - memory board. Anyone got one, made one, or want one?

   I have FT-990, FT-757 GT II and a 727R, but I don't recall the FT-ONE.
I don't know when it was made.
   All 3 of my Yaesu's have memory batteries and "Flash Memory" 
technology is not that old, the basis is, but not fast writing memory.

   I am pretty sure all of my radios have DRAM incorporated into other 
chips, not separate ICs, much like many computer mommy board BIOS ROM or 
Flash-ROM.  (in with the clock and timer stuff)
