[Yaesu] Fast scanning on FT-ONE

Probably rather than scan in 100 kHz steps to move up or down the band 
in 100 kHz steps, one step per button push. Faster than turning the dial 
ten turns to move 100 kHz. Maybe to shift the dial to much bigger steps.
