Sorry for the *incredibly* poor English! I obviously did not read that before 
posting!

The place I suggested which I think has the plug that's wanted is called 
HiFiSSB, not higissb. (Somehow HiFi and SSB never seem to go together to me).

I used HiFiSSB once for something and it arrived very quick. But I am in the UK. 
I guess it would take a week or two before it gets delivered to the USA.

If you look on ebay, the username is hifissb and he has good feedback.
