[Yaesu] FT-450 6 Meter Problem

More fundamentally see if the PA and driver boards are grounded. They 
generally have been grounded by the mounting screws but the plastic of 
the printed circuit board relaxes under pressure (the definition of 
"plastic") and opens ground circuits. Tighten all the board mounting 
screws and see if that doesn't help. I KNOW I've fixed many radios on my 
bench and by internet with just that, no more complex or difficult.
