You have to be offset by the sidetone frequency in order to be heard. When the station is tuned to the exact frequency then they are "zero beat" and no tone will be heard. As you tune away from the exact frequency then the BFO produces the tone. When the sidetone frequency matches the tone that you receive from the station then you are pretty close to being on the same frequency as the station that is being worked.
The offset is perfectly normal.

I did put the tx/rx back to factory settings. But still the same problem.
Can some one please help me here....
