[Yaesu] Fed Ex and Yaesu repair

  Okay, guys - enough on Fed Ex. This thread has run its' course, and in fact I've had
a couple of private comments and one ham quit this list because of it.
 
  You can discuss Yaesu repairs all y'all want to, but no more Fed Ex.

I have a lawyer and will sue in small claims court if necessary. It's become more about the principle and not the money or radio.

Had the same experience with Fedex last year on my TS 940sat. They destroyed her. Claimed it wasnt damaged by them. I filed claim with BBB and they investigated, said unit was damaged in Fedex possesion, and they were at fauilt. They refused my claim again. The third time I filed a claim, they informed me the time had expired to file a claim.

I finally got a letter from Yaesu stating my FT-1000 was damaged when it arrived. I have had to procure a lawyer as Fed Ex has denied my claim twice. My lawyer has written them a letter with a copy of Yaesu's letter enclosed. I will never ever use Fed Ex for anything again.
