[Yaesu] Yaesu VX-1r HT for sale

For Sale is a very nice clean condition fully operational VX-1r HT in
original box, with charger, belt clip, wrist strap, antenna and manual. Also
included is a spare Ni-Mh battery, battery holder for a AA cell and a
"Little-Little Book" about the VX-1r operation. Both batteries take a charge
and operate well.

This a great lightweight HT with receive coverage on BC, FM, Aircraft, 2
meters (wide-band including NOAA) 222 MHz, 440 MHz (wide-band) as well as
902 MHz wide-band. Transmit coverage is on 2 meters and 440 MHz with 500 mw
on battery and 1 watt on the power supply. It can be programmed using ADMS
software quite easily.

I have used it as a chair side radio since I bought it new for all sorts of
listening and talking on repeaters 10 to 15 miles distant.
