[Yaesu] Do you own a Yaesu FT-50R?

Hi folks,

Without trying to go into too long of an embarrassing story, I am in need of a Yaesu FT-50R for parts. Specifically, I would like to swap the rotary-encoder/volume component with a working replacement. Is anyone willing to part with a working or non-working radio? I will pay shipping and can help sweeten the loss of your FT-50R if need be!

Information on the rotary-encoder/volume control is also useful. It was manufactured by "TOCOS" and has "A203 FGC" written in ink on the plastic, although that's probably a date code of some sort.
