[Yaesu] Memory Board Info Needed

Greetings,

I am looking for information on the Yaesu FT-625RD radio plug in memory
option module. The radio manual makes mention of this module, but gives
no further information on it. I have, thus far, been unable to locate
either a part number, detailed information, or schematics on it. I would
like to try to duplicate the module circuit for my FT-625RD. (Of course,
if someone has a module available, I'd be interested in that too..
