All the colors of the rainbow. Well, 32 of them, from red through orange,
yellow, green, blue, magenta, cyan. Nice selection. You can have it change
color according to the strength of the signal in RX mode, if I recall
rightly, and change color according to the output power or the SWR on
transmit. Ditto for the FT-857, by the way: it's very much the same radio
in a different physical package.

There's an 897D on the floor of the shack right now, waiting for a new
autotuner; I *LIKE* it. If I hadn't traded the autotuner away with the
857D, I'd be using the 897D today and running the 450AT as a backup rig.
