[Yaesu] FL-101 Transmitter and FR-101 Digital Receiver

I was given these two pieces of equipment last night.  No manuals, no
interconnecting cables.

 

They look like they are in pretty good condition about a 8 or 9 still have
original plastic on front panels.

 

I applied power to the receiver, all appears normal.  Don't know about the
transmitter yet.

 

What accessories were available with these?  

 

Where can I find a manual?

 

Where can I find the interconnecting cables?
