[Yaesu] Fixing the 6mtr front end

My FT 857D 6m front end xstr got fried by a 100w FM commercial radio sitting
3 ft away (antenna spaced)...so it needs replacement...I also have a
FT690RII that I want to improve the front end on...will the xstr from the
857 work in the 690RII?? If not, whats the best xstr (Gasfet or otherwise)
to put in the 690RII and maybe the 857 as well (if that will improve it)..
