[Yaesu] tone board for 207r

IF all you want is encode only, the SS32 is best..and can be left on all the
time..the TS32 can be controlled by the squelch switch which puts the rcvr
in TSQ mode. You can Dremel a hole out of the back cover for the DIP switch
to sit in (preferably hot wax or glued) to allow changing of the tone
easier.(In the later 208, it was a cutout in the plastic from the backside
you could easily knockout with a sharp knife or similar..OR check the
battery top area.in the later 208s, and I am not sure about the old 207, the
dip switch could be accessed if it was placed right in the open space of
where the battery lip clipped in at top.A little playing had to be done and
double sided tape worked here .just get the switch set where you can work
the rocker arms with a toothpick, etc..BTW the folks with the Repeater Maps
on line (Arstci?) sells TS32s for $49.95...they are out of production now.
