John

Visit www.foxtango.org where you will find all the information from vintage
to late model Yaesu equipment. The website shows photographs, model history
and has most of the manuals.

The square multi-connectors on the back of your radios are Jones connectors.
Amphenol and Cinch in the USA also manufacture these connectors and are
commonly referred to as Cinch-Jones plugs and sockets. They are available
from Mouser Electronics at www.mouser.com.

Please note that Amphenol and Cinch use a different numbering scheme to the
original Yaesu-Jones connectors. I have a diagram showing the relationship
between the numbering on the Yaesu-Jones and the Cinch-Jones connectors and
will forward the PDF file to anyone who requests it. Failing to observe the
difference will result in blown fuses or a damaged radio.

Congratulations on the Twins' good condition and good luck with your
windfall.

I was given these two pieces of equipment last night. No manuals, no
interconnecting cables.

They look like they are in pretty good condition about a 8 or 9 still have
original plastic on front panels.

I applied power to the receiver, all appears normal. Don’t know about the
transmitter yet.

What accessories were available with these?

Where can I find a manual?

Where can I find the interconnecting cables?
