[Yaesu] Need FT-1000D help

All of the filters are standard except for these two:

- The narrow CW filter in the sub-receiver (XF-455MC)
- The 250Hz third IF (455) filter in the main receiver (XF-F)

Thus there are standard cascaded filters only in the 500, 2.0, and 2.4 
bandwidth settings of the main receiver.
