[Yaesu] FT-2500M Parts and Questions...

I just got a used FT-2500M to mount in the family getaway, aka the RV, and i need a bit of help.

First of all this thing is in nice condition and works but someone robbed all the screws out of the sides. Anyone know the thread size of the screws that go into the sides of the top and bottom covers. I assume they are metric?

I got a mounting bracket on the way for it but again i need the screws that attach the bracket to the radio, these are a different size then the cover screws, again i assume they are metric?

Last but no least is a question of operation. I had a 2400 years ago, it was actually my first radio when i got into the hobby, and it had the MH-27 mic. This has a slightly different mic with a D/MR and a P button on it. The manual doesn't describe the mic or the function of this P button.

Also, how come the 2500 doesn't allow keypad frequency entry from the mic? My 2400 did.. Although that did have the optional FRC-6 and FTS-17A boards in it as well, not sure but i think you need the FRC-6 to enable keypad entry?? Correct me if i am wrong, and if i am why doesn't it work?

If anyone has a spare FTS-17A i could use one if the price is right!

Thanks and 73,
