[Yaesu] Help with FT2000 CAT settings

I have a FT2000 and want to run MixW2.18 [registered] CAT. Have all the 
cables connected, but does not work. Can anyone tell me what the settings 
are in program to run CAT. Thanks. And yes I did read the program help file.
