[Yaesu] ft-8900 need help with cross band function....

I'm not sure if this particular repeater has tone encoding on or not... i'll
have to do some testing tomorrow... but i will try that out tomorrow and see
if that helps out the problem :)

so does the 7800 not have that problem?
