[Yaesu] Any word on VX-8R availability?

Last thing I read it was still in design status. They hadn't decided on it's 
final configuration. That was a couple of weeks ago. I'm thinking maybe of 
scooping up a VX 7 when the 8 comes out if the 7 goes down in price a little 
more. I already have a 5 and 6.
