[Yaesu] Motorola buys Yaesu...

Motorola launched an offer to acquire controlling interest in Vertex
Standard. Yaesu is just a piece of Vertex Standard. The bid process
starts November 6 and ends December 26. No monies have been exchanged at
this time. The process just started.
