Does anyone know if it's possible to defeat the auto poower off 
feature on these?
They shut down after about 20 min inactivity, even if you are running 
on an external DC supply. Makes them very un-useful for repeater 
monitoring etc. Failing an 'elegant' solution, I may have to resort to 
a timer generating a short interruption to the external DC supply 
every 15 mins or so- but I'd rather not!
