[Yaesu] How things have changed!

The FT-857D for $611.10 at Gigaparts right now is an incredible bargain. If
you go back and look at the radio catalogs for 1994 and 1995, you would pay
more for a Yaesu FT690RII which did 10 watts on 6m only, and had a pretty
crummy receiver in it.  That is in 1994 dollars, not dollars adjusted for
inflation.

Sure is a great time to be a ham!
