[Yaesu] cabinet painting

Hi,
I recently used some paint {not water based] ,
and it didn't recommend using it in High Humidity
or high Temperatures...
I actually thought it was water based , until I went to clean the brush... 
Hi Hi....
I just thought that these days when most paints for around the home
are water based....
this would be too.... then I remembered the smell...  Hi Hi..
