Think about it.. consider all the UPS horror stories we've heard just
withing this small group. Imagine what we'd uncover if was polled,
say, 5,000 people.
If I remember right, when they process a claim they want you to send
the damaged item to them. (permanently) I'd love to see their
"junkyard".
