I just asked this very question!  I ended up taking a PS2 connector and 
removing one pin and the plastic key in the center.  The plastic key in the 
center is in a slightly different location on the Standby jack then it is on 
a standard PS2 or 6 pin mini din.

The only other choice I have found so far is to buy the CT-61 cable.
