[Yaesu] Advice appreciated!

Two Things:
(1) I have been trying to reach Yaesu Service in
Cypress, CA. and when I call the number (714)827-7600,
I get a recording telling me to leave a message. I
have done that three times and no one has ever called
me back. What am I doing wrong? Is there another shop
that repairs Yaesu radios that you can recommend?
(2) I have a FT100D mobile and one of the buttons,
the FUNCTION Key, which is the one we use the most,
has become recessed down into the radio. It is barely
reachable so is somewhat useable. Has anyone else had
this problem? Is it an easy fix? Maybe a spring behind
the switch? I have very poor closeup vision
so doubt if I could fix it myself. Any suggestions
appreciated.
I love the FT100D for mobile work. It has the finest
receiver I have ever heard and the Noise Blanker
is better than all the ICOM's I have used. No
comparison at all.
Thanks, in advance, for looking at my long winded
message and your kind help.
