you guys think damage is bad wait till they loose it entirely!!! this is
what was sent after calling the originator of my package. UPS requires
the originator to request the inquiry!

Regarding you order that you placed back on 09-26-06, that you contacted
******** on 10-12-06. UPS just advised us that they are unable to
locate that package. Please advise if you still want us to resend the
order out to you, or if you are no longer in need of the parts we will
just credit your credit card. Please advise.

I have some very disappointed customers, they cannot resend the parts as
there are not any more/ or available.....oops. UPS -Great company!! now
what!!! I even spec'd FED EX. more than one GOOF!
