[Yaesu] re selection of cw filter in FT-1000D 2nd recvr

Fern,

It's the same as selecting anything else for the sub-receiver (mode, 
band, etc.).  Just press the "SUB" button on the keypad, then, while the 
display is flashing, hit the "500" bandwidth button.
