[Yaesu] Yaesu FT-736R - Reported 432 mHz strong local signal overload problem

Ladies and Gentlemen,

Having recently become the owner of one of these, I now read in an ARRL review that (only) on the 440 mHz band it exhibits severe problems with strong local signal RX overload. The article states that S8-9 sigs DISSAPEARED when strong local signals elsewhere on the band squashed the desired S9 signal. Fix?
