[Yaesu] FT411 squelch problem

Randy,
I had that bug in mine and when I tried head phones it was OK.
So I went back with the speker and the squelch went away when I turned the  
volume way down so I assume it's a bad speaker?
I have to listen with a speaker MIC or hold the HT up to my ear with the  
built in speaker.
