[Yaesu] FT-8000 Service Manual?

Hi,
I'm trying to help a friend. The Rx sensitivity on the 2m band of his 
FT-8000 is poor. He's fairly certain it was overloaded and "pift" by an 
APRS beacon which was connected to a more than nearby antenna. Having 
serviced radios for a short number of years, I suspect the 1st RF amp has 
died. The part is an SGM2016M, dual gate GaAs FET. I've found it on the 
board (fairly certain) but cant be 100% sure without the service manual.
Might anyone on the list be able to help? I don't necessarily need the 
manual; a single page would help, or even a confirmation of the location of 
the first device.
