[Yaesu] FT-990 low transmit

Mine is doing it on all bands.  My fault, I guess.  I left the unit in my
damp & hot shack for 2 summers without using it.  Maybe moisture got into
the "Brick"?  Suggestions for a fix would be appreciated here also.
